A wellness coach will integrate exercise and activity level, such as breathing exercises, yoga, weight, and cardio training as part of a holistic approach to wellbeing. In addition, therapeutic art uses art to help clients tap into their subconscious minds and allow them to process their emotions, release stress and pain, and gain more clarity. With the combination of a healthy physical aspect and a way to release the subconscious mind through art, this form of coaching can give options as well as guidance for a better you on a physical and mental basis.
